论坛介绍
“北外国际第五届校长圆桌对话”，主题为“国际化学校治校痛点及解决方案”，活动由北京外国语大学国际教育集团主办。此次活动是北外国际支持与服务的合作学校大家庭每年一度的团聚，同时邀请了北外国际海外合作学校的校长们。
北外国际希望通过这样的年度聚会，为各个合作学校提供一个经验交流与分享的平台，大家共同发展，让每一所学校都能够成为基础教育国际化的标杆。

美国马里兰大学公共政策学院管理学硕士，教育学院访问学者，巴黎商学院管理学博士，曾担任江苏省苏州艺术高级中学校长, 苏州市教育局高等教育处、国际合作与交流处处长，办公室主任、研究方向涉及高等教育、高中教育、艺术教育、中外教育比较、K-12教育等。

孔成群
河北省首批正高级教师，历任邯郸市第三中学教务处副主任、主任、副校长，现任北京外国语大学附属邯郸外国语学校校长。曾荣获河北省优秀教师、河北省中小学幼儿园骨干教师、河北省第二届中小学学科名师、河北省普通高中课程改革优秀教师、邯郸市首届中小学学科名师、邯郸市模范教师、邯郸市教育局优秀领导干部、邯郸市优秀教育工作者等称号。

曾荣获全国优秀教师、部级拔尖人才、省级专家型校长、省级教学能手、省优秀共产党员和劳动模范（标兵）、市十佳校长等称号，为教育部第十七期重点中学校长研修班学员、教育部中学骨干校长培养人选、中国中学校长工作研究会委员。

Mr. Mark Jones
Principal & Chief Executive
of Gower College Swansea
Mark has been Principal and Chief Executive of Gower College Swansea since May 2013 and has established the College as the best government A level provider in Wales.
Prior to this role, Mark was Principal and Chief Executive of Bridgend College and therefore in total has now been a college Principal for 13 years.
Mark completed his undergraduate degree at Imperial College London and is both a qualified teacher and a qualified chartered accountant, also holding a Master's Degree in Educational Management.

北京外国语大学附属杭州橄榄树学校总校长，中学高级教师。曾任杭州拱宸中学副校长；杭州树兰实验学校校长、杭州江南实验学校校长；杭州市中学语文教研员，杭州市语文教研大组副组长。浙江省“中语会”理事，杭州市“中语会”副会长。系杭州市首届教育系统“十佳标兵”、杭州市第二届十大杰出青年，浙江省教坛新秀、浙江省优秀青年教师，全国优秀教师。

肖贵达
中学高级教师，宁波市教坛新秀，宁波市政治学科骨干教师，宁波市优秀教育工作者。曾在奉化一中、宁波华茂外国语学校任教，从2012年始至今在宁波外国语学校任教。曾任年级段长、宁波华茂外国语学校高中部学生处副处长、处长、高中部主任、宁波外国语学校国际部主任。现任宁波外国语学校副校长，分管高中部、国际部教育教学工作。

Mr. Mark Ostap
Principal Pius XI Catholic High School
Mark is the Principal of Pius XI Catholic High School. Prior to this role, he was the director of advancement at GCE Lab School in Chicago where he was responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders and developing capital campaigns.
Prior to GCE Lab School, he served as principal of Carmel Catholic High School in Mundelein, Illinois.
Mark received his M.A. degree at Western Illinois University and Master’s degree in Education at Lewis University.

Dr. Matt Gibson
Principal Wisconsin International Academy
Dr. Matthew Gibson has 40 years’ education experience. He was superintendent of the Elmbrook (WI) School District for 17 years and had completed 31 years as a school superintendent in the State of Wisconsin.
Before becoming a superintendent, Dr. Gibson was a principal, and he has returned to that role in retirement with the added, fascinating dimensions of working with international students and bridging cultures with China.
He received his PhD in Education Management at University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mr. Daniel Emmerson
Daniel is the Director of Globlal Education and a member of the Senior Leadership Team and a Designated Safeguarding Lead at Felsted School.
He takes pride in his responsibility for a number of areas, including the school's Round Square Global Membership, the International Summer School and etc.
A keen advocate of Global Education and Global Citizenship, Daniel has visited schools across 16 countries this academic year in creating new opportunities for students from all around the world.

外语教学与研究出版社副书记兼副社长，北外国际教育集团总经理。
中国童书联盟执委会主任，北京市大众读书会会长，国际戏剧教育联盟(IDEA)中国会员单位IDEC国际戏剧教育大会主席。
1999年加入外语教学与研究出版社，长期从事创新业务管理工作，在少儿出版、早期教育、网络教育、K12国际教育和培训、文创业务、中国文化海外推广等领域业务运营和资本运作有深入研究和参与。2014年创建外研社英国子公司；2015年主持收购加拿大教育视频公司、设立牛津出版特色孔子学院；2016年主持收购美国某教育上市公司项目；2017年推动设立WayPal英语在线教育公司、参与领导国际化学校行业协会设立的筹备工作。
